Detailed Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Complete the Custom Inquiry Form

  • Custom Garment Initiation Fee: Before we dive into the vision discovery phase to provide a detailed quote, we require a $50 Custom Garment Initiation Fee (DVN's consultation fee). This fee ensures that our team dedicates time and effort to clients who are genuinely interested in proceeding with their custom apparel projects. The fee helps us engage deeply in understanding your vision and specifications, enabling us to allocate the necessary resources to offer a detailed and personalized service. This approach leads to a more focused and efficient process, benefiting all parties involved.
  • The First Step: Start your journey by filling out our custom inquiry form, now including the initiation fee payment. It's the best way for us to gather all the necessary details about your dream apparel.
  • Email Option: While you can email us, the form ensures we don’t miss any crucial information. We'll need to to know your quantity, the item you're looking for, your detailed vision, design sketches/references, and if you have a specific date you need the garments.
  • Tip: Be as detailed as possible in providing your vision to speed up the quote process.

Step 2: Receive and Review Your Quote

  • Quick Response: We're dedicated to getting back to you swiftly, usually within 5 business days, provided your vision is detailed and precise. During peak times, our response might take a bit longer, and we prioritize responding to those inquiries which demonstrate a clear and detailed vision to enable us to create our best work.
  • Clarifications: Should your initial inquiry lack some specifics, don't worry! We'll contact you for additional information to ensure the accuracy of your quote. This step is crucial in tailoring a quote that perfectly matches your unique vision.

Step 3: Choose Your Payment Option

  • Full Payment or 50% Deposit: You have the flexibility to either pay the full amount upfront or begin with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due within 4 weeks of your initial payment. Please be aware that if the remaining balance is not settled within this 4-week period, your order will be placed on hold until the full payment is received.
  • Group/Individual Payments: For a smoother process, we suggest group payments. However, we also offer the flexibility of individual payments to accommodate everyone's needs. Please note that if choosing to pay individually, the option for a 50% deposit is not available; full payment is required in such cases. This ensures efficiency and clarity in managing your order.
  • Pay in 4: For customers opting to use Klarna, Afterpay, or ShopPay in 4, the total amount of your invoice must be paid in full. Unfortunately, our 50% deposit option is not compatible with these 'Pay in 4' services. This policy helps streamline the payment process and ensures a clear and straightforward transaction for your custom order.

Step 4: Design Process and Fees

  • Design Phase: Once payment is received, we dive into the creative process. Our team, led by experienced designers, will start crafting your mock-up design. This is where your vision begins to take shape.
  • Design Mock-up Service: For those eager to see their custom design concept before placing a full order, we offer a design mock-up option. This service requires a non-refundable $150 fee, which will be credited towards your order balance when you decide to proceed. This approach ensures you're fully satisfied with the design before moving forward with the full production process.
  • Custom Graphics: Additional non-refundable design fees apply for custom artwork ($100-250 per design). If you opt for a design mock-up before proceeding with an order, the custom graphic fees are also due.
  • Your Input: After the initial mock-up is ready, we’ll share it with you for feedback. This collaboration ensures the final product aligns perfectly with your expectations. You will be able to request adjustments to your mockup.
  • Intellectual Property: Please know, we retain rights to our designs. Replicating or using our designs with other companies is strictly prohibited.

Step 5: Production and Delivery

  • Production Timeline: After your design is approved, expect 8-12 weeks for production, plus shipping time.
  • Production Updates: Trust in Our Process: Our production team is wholly dedicated to meticulously crafting your custom garments. During this phase, we provide limited updates, as our focus is on ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail for each piece. It's natural to be curious about the progress, but we encourage you not to worry. Our process is thorough and proven, with every step taken to guarantee the best results. Rest assured that our team is hard at work turning your vision into reality. Trust in our expertise and know that we are as excited as you are to see the final masterpiece.
  • Final Step: After production, your custom apparel will be shipped from our Pakistan factory to our USA location, then dispatched to you.
  • Signature and Insurance Included: To ensure the safe and guaranteed delivery of your custom garments, all our shipments include signature confirmation and insurance coverage. This added protection gives you peace of mind, knowing your unique DVN creations will reach you securely.

Yes, you can request a design mock-up for a non-refundable fee of $150. This fee will be deducted from your order balance if you proceed with the order. Additionally, if your order requires custom graphics, a separate non-refundable design fee for these graphics will also be required. No, DVN specializes in bespoke cut and sew garments, so we don't accept external items for embroidery or printing. We create each garment from scratch.

Changes can be made during the design phase before final approval. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

Absolutely! DVN ensures that all shipments are sent with signature and insurance. This is to guarantee safe delivery and provide confirmation upon receipt of your custom apparel. In the rare event of a lost shipment, we will file an insurance claim and arrange for the garments to be remade. However, please note that DVN is not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses. It's crucial that you provide accurate delivery information to avoid any mishaps.

In cases where a shipment is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Check Around Your Property: Sometimes carriers leave packages in safe, hidden spots. Check around your porch, garage, or any other places where the package might be placed.
  2. Ask Neighbors or Building Management: Occasionally, packages are delivered to a neighbor, parcel locker, front desk, or a building manager. It's worth asking around to see if anyone has it.
  3. Wait 24-48 Hours: There are instances where carriers mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. Waiting a day or two can sometimes resolve the issue.
  4. Contact the Carrier: Get in touch with the carrier. They might have more information about the package's location or can initiate an investigation.
  5. Inform DVN: If you've taken these steps and the package is still missing, please let us know. We'll explore options to assist you, including reviewing our shipping and insurance policies to see how we can help.
